There are zero words to describe how amazing my weekend was, all I can say is I don’t think I will ever cry because a festival is finished again. Thank you #towmorrowland for giving me the most unforgettable epic last weekend in Europe ever! (at 10 Years of Tomorrowland 2014)

If there is one thing that life has recently taught me is that it’s precious and in a moment your world can be turned upside down, but even when times are tough you have to find reasons to smile and remember just how amazing life can be (at Tour Eiffel, Paris)

The first two are pictures with the boys on our first night there! The third is when we watched the soccer game outside in the park! The third is a quick view of the Sparty, and then Aly, Andrea the American and I before the Sparty. The fourth is just a shot from when I was in the bar looking at our hostel and the last is me infront of the hostel sign!! It was an infinity party!!

Budapest
We have two different shitty buses to get to Budapest, and on the second one we started chatting to a group of three traveling together. It was two girls Andrea, Kaitie and a guy Treynor from the states. We talked them into cancelling they’re hostel and coming to ours because the one we booked into was called “Infinity Party Hostel” and was only 5€ per night… So pretty much good for one thing. And the name totally explained the hostel perfectly. The hostel was over top of a bar that was in the open air courtyard of the building, so the second floor was the hostel and it only had rooms with a balcony over looking the bar. When we finally found the place we tried to text some boys grime St.Albert whom we planned to meet there.. We walk into our room and guess who! Brandon , Curtis, Matteo and Ben right in our room. What are the chances. We got in changed and literally started drinking!! We all eneded up getting so hammered and walking from bar to bar until we found a good one. I don’t remember much of it but it was a ruin bar! So that’s cool. It was so awesome just seeing people from home and chatting normally and not having to explain little words to them haha! The things you miss. We went home after getting Kebabs because apparently they are everywhere in Budapest. Back at our hostel the bar was still blasting music at 5 am and went till 7!! So thank god I’m a heavy sleeper haha! The next day the boys decided to move hostels because Matteo was sick and that is the last place you want to be when your sick. So they moved and we went for lunch with the Americans, after they were heading to the mall so Aly and I met up with the boys and went to a park where they set up a huge projector screen to play FIFA Cup games! We got some beers and actually enjoyed the game!! After we got some food and started it off with shots. All day Aly and I were trying to convince the boys to come to the “Sparty” that night, which was a huge pool party in the ancient hot baths in Budapest. They decided not to but we went anyways and it was UNREAL! Crazy there! We got lockers for our shit and you paid for a key card on a lanyard to pay for drinks like that, I had to stand in that line 3 times because I had less money than the minimum.. By the time I finally got it I went straight to the bar and ordered 3 shots and 2 drinks. Don’t worry I didn’t take them all, Aly took one of my shots. The pool was gross but we were drunk enough not to care. We lost each other pretty much all night but I remember having a blast. At one point we saw each other and Aly was hittin up some sexy guy from California, I just took a shot and was chatting with them, and I puked mid sentence on myself and they’re feet.. We just went in the pool to wash off. And he still made out with her. Go Aly! We went home separately and I’m not sure how I got home but I woke up in bed so that’s good news always. The next day there was a cookout / drinking games at our hostel.. It was the party hostel. So we stayed for that and just got day drunk.. The cook out was shitty stu with hot dogs.. Yum? We met some awesome people though, there were two girls just out of high school from Australia traveling around Europe for 6 months then going to United States for one month! They were actually wild! And this group of guys and one girl were all from London! They were so sexy, hot and also lots of fun! I told them I was moving there so I made them all add me on Facebook! Yaya friends in London haha! That night we were so dead and now hung over from the day that we decided to not go out haha great choice on our part I needed sleep. It was constant drinking. We woke up the next day and got breakfast with a guy from London then us , the guys from St.Albert and the Americans were heading to Lake Balton and renting a house!!

The first picture is all us girls out in Split, then me on the morning we were leaving with my awesome hat and gear on. Then it’s me and my Irish twin Helena. After is just some super hilarious photos from rafting with the nerdy Scottish boys. Great memories from Croatia.

The first is a picture of us swimming in the ocean right outside our hostel, the second, third and fourth are from Plitvas national Park! The fifth is Aly, Steph and I with our Quebec friends! The next is the picture of me with the Croatian DJ. That’s me with the chips we had after the bar. And the last is just Steph because it’s funny.

Croatia!
Finally we got to Croatia and I was so excited! Our hostel was out of Split right on the ocean so they sent a car to come and pick us up! We got there and it was such a nice day, so we just sat outside and laid in the sun, that night we were able to cook our own dinner so we had a potluck dinner with everyone in the hostel and they were all so much fun! after we all just went to bed we were so exhausted! The next day we all decided to go to Plitvas National Park, which was a super expensive your to take so we wanted to rent our own car and drive there to save money! It ended up working out because for gas and the car rental it only cost us 11€ each! So that really worked out! Steph drove, being the only one who could drive standard. We got to the park and had our bagged lunch we brought, the cheese was gross as sweaty.. 😟 but the park was actually one of the most beautiful places ever! The water was turquoise, and the trees are all natural and green. There were waterfalls everywhere, I felt like I should be In the movie “Faries” which no one probably knows, expect Mark, I’m pretty sure he knows. Anyways we spent 4 hours discovering the park and taking pictures everywhere because it was so amazing! On our way driving back, we accidentally took the long way, because we took the wrong turn and it took us an hour and a half extra.. Oops! When we got back to the hostel we made some stir fry, then got pretty darn drunk with a young couple from Quebec who were actually amazing, Andrew and Marcelle. They are probably some of the best people I’ve met on this trip. Kenzie played it safe and stayed in, while Aly, Steph and I went hard. Anyways we got super drunk with them, and some guys from Scotland wanted to come out with us as well, so we all went to they’re “penthouse” suite that had a balcony, finished all our booze there then took the last bus into Split and it was only us on there so we had a dance party on the bus. We got dropped off right by city centre and went to the first club we saw, which was outside. We all walked in and got a shot of tequlia.. And once the shot was done so was any bit of soberness that I possessed. The club was playing pop Croatian music so we all pretended to know what was going on. I guess at one point I was in the dj booth because there are pictures. The Scottish boys were adorable nerds that reminded us of the “Big Bang theory” they were always making sure we were okay. But honestly at one point I looked around and didn’t see anyone I knew, they all left. Honestly, I blacked out after that but I got in a cab and on my way to the hostel I passed out, when I woke up I saw cop lights and thought I was going to jail, so I started hysterically crying, but the cab driver was just asking for directions. So we got back in and I had no clue where I was, I told him drive back towards Split and when I saw my hostel yelled stop and threw money at him. When I got into the hostel I saw Karelle and just hugged her because I was hammered and also because it’s the first person I saw that I knew for so long. So we went and raided the fridge, we found chips and “dill pickle” tarter dip.. At the time it was the best idea ever. After we watched the sunrise and had many smokes, while having a huge heart to heart. She was actually amazing I love her. The next morning when I woke up, I found out I got pizza that night because I had pizza sauce dripped down my white shirt. That’s good. Steph was supposed to leave for the airport the next morning at like 8 but woke up at 9 still drunk because none of us went to bed earlier than 5 am. The good bye was so sad, but so short and I barley remember. On Kenzie’s last day it was pouring rain!! So we sat in the hostel and watched our own tv shows, I caught up on Orange is the New Black. So good. For dinner on the Sunday it was horrible no stores were open so we had to make due with whatever we had, which was noodles, and a pack of freezer peas, corn and carrots. We made probably the most bland soup I’ve ever had. What a great send off for Kenzie. When Kenz left the next morning I cried, after being with someone for 4 months every day, it was like losing a part of me. I’m so happy I got to get to know one of the best people I’ve ever met, we are actually like twins. I can’t wait to go home to her. That day Aly and I decided to go White Water rafting, and we Invited the “Big Bang theory” boys to come. We all had some cheap beer before and headed out. The rapids weren’t like Canada at all, but it was very fun!! The guys were hilarious and Aly was being Aly, we got to go through a cave, oh but we had to swim through this water.. The temp was 8.. My nipples were so hard for the rest of the day they could cut ice. But it was awesome, we walked right under a waterfall !! They also took us to cliff jump, but the guy taking pictures told me to spin my body to face him, it threw me off because I’m Andicapped and I tried to spin but forgot. Oh well. We were going down one big rapid and our guide told us a bunch of stuff to do while going down, when it happened everything he told me went out the window and I just winged it. It ended up okay though. It was a fun day :) the next day Aly and I went into town to go to the market and get groceries to cook and I bought probably the greatest hat known I man kind. A Camo Bucket hat. You wish it was yours I know. That night we made an actually good meal, with rice, beans, mushrooms, onions and chicken with cream of mushroom soup on top. Pretty proud of yourselves. That night we were talking to 3 girls from Ireland who were actually hilarious. And we all decided to go out together.. When I say I was look alike twins with Helana, and actual alike twins with Dedrie I’m serious, Triaha was just a hoot. We always said something that shocked them and they’re faces were so funny, they were religious right? So that night we chugged wine, and took the bus into town, by the time we hit town all of us were stumbling around Split, we introduced the girls to “squatting” to pee behind a bush. When we got to the club it was dead but it picked up after 3 or 4 shots and the music was awesome! It was open on one side that looked right onto the ocean. And just a couple meters off of the shore by the bar was a floating blow up play ground.. It was way too tempting to say no to. So in the pouring rain, Helana, Aly and I swam out to it and jumped on the tramp, a rope caught me right in the middle of me.. ;) and almost split me in half in Split. Walking back through the club was the funny part. We caught a cab and made him drive us for pizza. They ended up having these donuts that you push your own chocolate into Debdrie had actually 5. But the pizza was so needed. For our last couple days it was raining again so we pretty much hung out at the hostel and chatted with some awesome people we met. And sat in the sun whenever we had the chance. Our last night we all had another potluck and it was all Canadians there! Expect 2 American girls. The next morning we were up bright and early at 6 am to catch our 8 hour long bus to Budapest!
